I am the Admin. I can delegate to a user category of “Moderator” limited access or rights (mainly to moderate chats, which we don’t do yet).
Here are some links that Honeycommb published on Data Security (https://help.honeycommb.com/article/126-data-security-background) and Direct Messaging (https://help.honeycommb.com/article/85-direct-messaging)
A little bit more detail on the dynamics of Direct Messaging
All messages are entirely private, not accessible by an administrator and are sent through an encrypted channel
Verified users can message anyone in the community, verified or not
Non-verified users can message anyone in the community that is not a verified member
A non-verified user can message a verified if that verified user has added him/her to home
I can see how many DMs are made each week, and it’s clearly a way that people interact more. Via the web is like skype and soon we will have multi-user DMs
On ToS, we may change it from time to time. But if you see anything above that concerns you, let me know so we can discuss and address
